Online Fashion School
The online School of Fashion is very different from other online fashion schools and online fashion design schools. We currently offer an online fashion degree in Master of Fine Arts degree programs, Bachelor of Fine Arts degree programs, and Associate of Arts degree programs. The Fashion curriculum here truly separates itself from your usual fashion school, as it refines and focuses the student's individual vision and aesthetics for fashion, offering courses in design, merchandising, visual merchandising, textiles, and knitwear. This is something not found at your average fashion school or fashion design school. Studio courses hone the student's mastery of fashion industry standards in design and construction, providing an intangible skill other fashion design schools cannot match.
Through a variety of online fashion courses and online fashion design courses, unlike most online fashion schools, our program combines design excellence with computer skills, preparing our graduates to launch themselves into the industry upon graduating. Intensive studio and academic courses culminate in the production of a professional fashion collection or portfolio. This is a vast difference from the average online fashion school, because here a student's portfolio demonstrates mastery of the mutually productive elements of individual style and technical expertise. Selected collections are chosen to be part of the Academy's Annual Fashion Show. Merchandising majors acquire the skills needed to succeed in the fashion industry in buying, product development, retail management, or marketing.
Course Hardware Requirements
While the majority of classes in any online degree we offer can be completed on either a Macintosh or PC computer, the individual online degree description pages on this web site will notify you if that particular degree offers any classes requiring software that is only available on either a Macintosh or PC computer. The icons below will also be shown on the online degree pages that offer such classes. It is recommended that online students refer to these description pages for the degree that they are pursuing prior to purchasing a new computer.
